My Policies

Below is an abridged version of My Policies. The full document including additional terms are given to paying clients during onboarding.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours beforehand in order to receive a refund or reschedule. Cancellations after this will mean that I am unable to issue a refund or reschedule the paid hours (rescheduling will require another payment).

Booking Policy:

Lesson and marking slots must be booked a minimum of 48 hours beforehand.

An invoice will be emailed to the person paying, and this must be actioned before the booking is complete (up to 48 hours before the session).

Refund Policy:

I am unable to issue refunds for lessons that have already been carried out.

I am unable to issue refunds for lessons that are cancelled after the 24-hour notice period agreement.

Copyright Policy:

All original materials that I make remain my intellectual property, and students are permitted to use them for personal study only.

Students are not permitted to resell or redistribute the materials I provide them with.

I comply with all child-protection laws, safeguarding laws, and data protection laws (GDPR).

Whilst I work hard to support my students as much as possible, I cannot guarantee a specific grade or outcome in the final examination.
